The programme changes format (circuits, intervals, etc.) and content every 6-7 weeks but will always feature weight-bearing resistance training, a cardio component, core work and both warm-up and cool-down.   
 
Resistance training uses bodyweight and (optionally) hand-held weights.  Individual coaching and close supervision of technique throughout.
