What Is It?
A sociable and light-hearted mat-based class designed to release muscular tension, improve flexibility, lengthen the body, strengthen the core, encourage relaxation and reduce mental and physical fatigue through a programme of straightforward movements to relaxing music. The class lasts for 60 minutes.
Who is it for? Adults in apparent good health (please see “Health and Safety”) [can this be a link to H&S on The Small Print page?] of any age who wish to reduce upper and lower body muscle tightness, improve flexibility, strengthen and tone core muscles, improve ability to relax and reduce stress levels; people seeking “me” time to recharge their batteries.
