They did it!

Friday,11 February saw the Body Blasters regroup for their six-week review - a reassessment following the two-week kickstart of the Body Blast course and subsequent four weeks of logged-but-independent training activity. All felt more energised and had made progress in terms of both cardiovascular and muscle tone and endurance.  Not least important, the verdict was that it had been great fun and should be repeated at other points during the year. Well, I really enjoyed it too and will look into follow-up “mini-blasts” - congratulations, all of you, and wear your badges with pride!

New Year, New You - Body Blast!

All that snow and ice in December kept many of us confined to barracks, with only the (fool?)hardiest venturing out for exercise.  Then we had the usual festive excesses leading to ... ouch! extra and unwanted pounds on the scales and inches on the waist/hips.  Enter Body Blast!  For five intrepid exercisers, the challenge to fight back the flab and boost their metabolism for 2011 was ON: two weeks, six intensive sessions of indoor and outdoor activities.  Congratulations, guys - you were GREAT and I’ve been thrilled by your positive response and the results achieved in just two weeks!
