Group exercise-to-music classes (body conditioning, Dance Fit, Kettlercise and stretch) run for 60 minutes including a warm-up and cooldown/stretch.  They are structured in courses or blocks of 6 or 7 weeks (occasionally shorter).  Booking a block and paying in advance secures your place and gives you the discounted rate of £5.50 per session.  While refunds are not given for missed sessions, you may substitute up to 2 sessions missed (within the same block or booking period) with any other class, subject to space.  If for whatever reason you do not wish to commit to a block, you may book individual sessions, where places are available, paying the standard (PAYG) rate of £7.50 and you may ask for a loyalty card which gives you a free session when you have completed the card with sessions paid for at the PAYG rate.
 
 
Special timetables may apply during school holidays - these will be notified to clients by email and available through this website.

Group classes are structured to run in booking blocks, usually of 6 to 8 weeks.  Booking a full block of sessions for a particuar class, e.g. Wednesday Kettlercise, and paying in advance secures your place and gives you the discounted rate of £6 per session.  While refunds are not given for missed sessions, you may substitute up to 2 sessions missed with any other class (within the same block or booking period), subject to space.  Some people will not want or be able to commit to a full block.  In this case, it is possible to book and pay for individual sessions, where places are available, paying the standard (PAYG) rate of £8.

If you are not currently exercising and/or have known health issues, you may need to obtain clearance from your GP before starting on a course of classes or training programme - call me if you are in doubt.   Also, make sure you advise me of any problems (including colds, muscle and joint pains) ahead of your next session, so the session can be adapted if necessary to accommodate these.
Special precautions have been in place since 2020 to make classes as COvid-19 Secure as possible.  These include requiring people to self-assess before attending classes, to maintain high levels of hand and respiratory hygiene, to wear face coverrings in indoor spaces other than when actually exercsing, to observe social distancing, to avoid sharing equipment.  Please enquire if you wish to have  further information
 

If you miss a group exercise class for which you have paid, you may attend any other class during the same block/booking period (sorry, no carry-overs), provided space is available and you book it in advance.  In normal circumstances, a maximum of two classes per course may be substituted in this way.
There is no charge for cancelling a personal training session, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given by text message or email..
